The year end 2009 and a new decade begins with the year 2010. It expects the world a very strenuous 2010, which requires reasonable and well-considered decisions, especially our elite. Everything was kept secret will be revealed in facts. I hope that our elite that now sees slow times that the road together with all countries of the world is to go and not blocking.
