Zazen should be practiced every day
Zazen is the practice that balances the vegetative (autonomic) nervous system. When we practice zazen, therefore, only a few days and then suspended for several days, the autonomic nervous system only for a few days the balanced state and falls for the other Days in the unbalanced state. We can in this way but have some pleasant life, but on the other hand, we have to take for the following days some unpleasant situations into account.
if we want to make the good practice of zazen practice, so hopefully we should do every day, and not, say for three months to stop.
